Welcome to Slowpokes Run Club! Anyone moving their body at an easy trot, particularly with one or more pals, is welcome and encouraged to consider themselves an official member of the highly unofficial club. Until a highly unfortunate very recent shin injury (bloody devo), I have been training for the Bravehearts 777 Marathon (7 marathons in 7 days in 7 states) and have been lucky to have lots of wonderful friends join me for social training runs - and so this unofficial run club was born.

I have made these caps to support my fundraising efforts for Bravehearts. This Australian organisation does incredibly important work to prevent and respond to child sexual abuse. An awesome $38 from the sale of every cap will be donated to support the life changing work of Bravehearts, with thanks to the legends at ORTC for their generous help with production.

The hats are clearly extremely cool. I am a cap snob so these are ORTC’s 100% cotton twill, with high quality metal adjustable fastenings and vibrant embroidery. Would make a lovely gift too, I reckon.
